Well, he seems like a bit of a player to me if he's doing the same to other girls. Though, if you see him looking at you and if he doesn't look at other girls in the same way...there may be a slight possibility he likes you. Maybe talk to him on a social network site like Facebook, MSN, Skype etc.. and flirt a little, but not too much. Also, when you're comfortable, ask him who he likes, if he likes you he may not say he does straight away. But just remember, be careful as he does this to a lot of girls. And also remember if it turns out he doesn't like you...he makes you smile and he's nice to you, don't forget that, because that's all that matters :)
