How do i tell my mom?? should i just tell my aunts?

Okay so I'm 13 so is my boyfriend...we really like each othe and we want to get together soon...but the only issue is that me mom doesn't know this boy is my boyfriend...he's been a past boyfriend...and my parents do not like him at all...buti can't help that I like him....so I don't know wheter to tell my parents...they'll ground me and make mebreak up wif him..just tel my mom...shelll ground me...or tell my 2 aunts and have one of the take me to see him...without my parents knowing...if my parents found out id be grounded for life...help me please?!?!?!
