Should I tell her I like her?

So I have an issue. I like my bestfriend and I'm not sure if i should tell her I like her. We have been bestfriends for a few years now. We talk Aton. Whenever we see each Other in school we talk and we text alot too. For like a month we have been texting/talking more than usual and we are starting to hangout more that schools out. We can tell eachother anything and I'm not sure if she likes me or not. She said told me that me and my friend were the only two kids in our grade she would date. And she told me she doesn't like the othe kid. So with all that information do you think I should tell her I like her? Thanks (:
