Can God turn back time and prevent hip hop from existing?

Well I hate the culture of it and its affects on black community but I also dont like the music and how other genres have been affected by it.I like heavy metal,hard rock,and I wish more blacks did that and also soul music used to be good in the 70's,do you think God can reverse time and prevent this from existing?Well othe reasons is that I really think todays society,music even R&B such as Beyonce bootyshaking and these whores on tv have been created because of the hip hop culture.I wish the music never existed can God prevent it.
