Hello yahoo users. i have a serious question?

well what happen if you saw a puppy getting throw down and getting smacked from a human hand and getting kickin around . because other day when i tooked my nieces and nephew to a freddrick park and we were sitting at these wooden table and we was sitting there enjoying our lunches and there is a another table across to us . there were these mexican parents with their children and they have this tiny chihauhau puppy tied onto a light pole and we saw one of the youngest boy went kicked his dog and smacking and hitting the puppy so hard that we heard a sad crying noise coming from the dog and next the boy just grabbed the puppy and throw it against the down and shouted at it said shut up . its very wrong to do that but i was not the only people at the playground saw it. few of the othe kids saw it too. and i dont no what i should do about it. . the mexican parents stared at us with ugly look and said something but i didnt understand what theywere talkin about. .
