How do i tell him i like him?

first off im gay and 15. theres this guy at school i really like we met last year. he doesnt know i like him or that im gay i really want to tell him how i feel about him, but i dont know how. every time i see him hes with his friends or around othe people. so i cant talk to him alone. and i cant tell him i want to talk to him alone but im just too shy. i dont know what to do i really want to tell him i love him but i just dont know how. please help!!!!!!
