What to buy my boss for her 40th Bday?

She doesn’t wear jewelry and she’s not Materialistic so I really have no idea, I considered a spa pamper pack but she’d have no time with her work and family commitments… i thought gift voucher - she is on excellent money, so a voucher is pointless.. her party is Saturday!!! Ideas would be appreciated
