I can not find any energy!?
I have eaten healthy, I have tried introducing other types of supplements such as viatmins and othe minerals I might miss in my meal. I just do not have the energy to exercise, it might seem like a cop-out, but I spend 14 hours of the day dedicated to school, and other days I work 12 hour shifts. The only time I have to myself is on Sunday for about 2 hours. By that time I am not interested in trying to lift a finger, just trying to relax and enjoy what little peace I have. I know I have plenty of time throughout the day to work out, but even when I think about working out I get anxiety. I used to be a very active person, all of it due to the Military. I was hoping that someone might be able to enlighten me on how to get back some energy, so that I can exercise and spend more time out doors with my family, so I don't set a bad example for my daughter. I just don't want to be a slob, I want to be able to go out and enjoy life like i once was able to.
