Malware Removal!!!!!!11?

PLEASE URGENT HELP NEEDED! I was doing a project for school which included 100 typed questiosn and some of those questions were based on graphs, so i was on the internet affter i finished my 100 questions(whiched i saved on word to my desktop) and i was on google images and searched for the graph that i needed and when i clicked on the picture, instead of taking me to the page with the picture on it, it redirected me to another page. idr what it was but it was liuke to buy someonthg. then my screen froze and my computer beeped. then everythiong was forced closed on my windows vista hp laptop and malware protection was running and i closed it and tried to open the iunternet and malware protection prevented it from opening! malware just appeared on my computer after my computer beeped and all windows were forced closed. then i tried to open my oovoo and itunes and othe programs and malware prevented them from opeing to! then i tried to open a task manager to stop malwares processes and malware prevented taskmanager to open!!! Help! Then i tried to open up my 100 questions on my desktop where i never moved it since i actually saved it there and an incomplete process window opened up and said that my file couldnt be found! i cant open anything and im on my home computer now searching for solutions! please help!!! as soon as poosible! thANKYOU all!
